IT Support Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring uninterrupted IT support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network connectivity problems.
• Manage data backup, recovery, and security measures to safeguard company information.
• Assist in setting up new users, managing access permissions, and maintaining IT asset records.
• Ensure smooth operation of office systems, including email, printers, and internal software.
• Collaborate with external vendors for IT equipment maintenance and system upgrades.
• Maintain documentation for IT configurations, processes, and support activities.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with IT security practices, backup systems, and cloud applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
