Job Description

  • Diagnosing issues: Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with computer hardware, software applications, and network connectivity, whether on-site or remotely.
  • Problem resolution: Guide users through a series of steps to resolve technical problems via phone, email, or a chat function.
  • Escalation: Escalate complex issues to internal teams, such as systems administrators or software developers, when problems cannot be resolved at the support level.
  • Hardware and software management: Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, operating systems, and applications for users.
  • New technology evaluation: Test and evaluate new technology, hardware, and software before it is implemented.
