Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven work experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
  • Solid understanding of computer systems, networking, and software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems and their nuances.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work based on organizational needs.
