Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various platforms.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on IT-related matters.
  • Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and software.
  • Respond to IT support requests via tickets, calls, or emails in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with organizational IT policies.
  • Assist in the deployment and management of network infrastructure components.
  • Monitor and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data and systems.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new technology solutions and IT tools.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT strategies and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP and DNS.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
  • Certification in CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or similar preferred.
