We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst who’s ready to be the eyes, ears, and hands of our IT operations. With over 300 users across 70+ locations worldwide, your role will be critical in ensuring smooth tech experiences — not just for the sake of fixing issues, but to drive real business value.

What You’ll Do:
• Deliver a seamless IT experience to employees across all our locations — from device setup to tech troubleshooting and everything in between.
• Support and maintain a wide range of hardware and software systems including:
- Laptops, desktops, mobile devices
- POS systems and Office 365 suite
- Network connectivity (LAN/WLAN)
- Conference room equipment and telephony systems
• Proactively identify recurring issues and design smarter, scalable solutions.
• Monitor system health, manage alerts, and maintain patch/update schedules.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support day-to-day operations and special projects.
• Own IT processes during critical operations like stock counts, ensuring everything from PDAs to networks are functioning without fail.
• Travel to our showrooms and warehouses when needed to support local operations.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives where IT plays a strategic role.
What You’ll Bring:
• Strong Communicator: Fluent in English (spoken and written), with the ability to clearly explain tech issues to non-technical users.
• Help Desk Pro: 2–3 years of hands-on IT support experience in a multi-site environment—ideally retail or service-oriented.
• Problem Solver: You don’t just fix issues—you get to the root cause, learn from it, and improve the process.
• Multi-Tasker & Prioritizer: You know how to manage SLAs, triage tickets effectively, and respond with both urgency and strategy.
• Tech-Savvy: Youre familiar with systems like Office 365, Windows OS, network devices, remote access tools, mobile devices, and retail POS setups.
• Field-Ready: You’re flexible, mobile, and can support our locations across the UAE when needed.
• Ownership Mentality: You treat every IT issue like your own, and you follow through until its fully resolved.
• Collaborator: Youve worked with external vendors, support providers, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Continuous Learner: You stay updated on the latest technologies and strive to grow your skills constantly.
