  • Collaborate with other IT team members to improve IT support processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role required.
  • Proficiency in Windows and MacOS operating systems and applications.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills vital.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies advantageous.
