Job Description
Persyaratan Pekerjaan
- Pendidikan minimal D3 dari jurusan Teknologi Informasi atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang IT Development, khususnya mendukung sistem HR dan payroll.
- Menguasai bahasa pemrograman .NET.
- Mahir dalam SQL Server, terutama dalam pembuatan dan optimasi store procedure, query kompleks, dan performance tuning database.
- Memahami konsep aplikasi HR.
- Familiar dengan integrasi data via PI & API untuk kebutuhan antar sistem.
- Mengelola dan mengembangkan aplikasi HR internal.
- Memberikan dukungan teknis dan troubleshooting kepada unit HR di berbagai grup.
- Menyediakan dan mengelola data untuk kebutuhan pelaporan internal.
- Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem baru.
- Menyesuaikan performa server dan database untuk aplikasi Checkroll/Payroll.
- Menyusun dan mengelola query data untuk integrasi dengan aplikasi lain seperti SAP, BW, dan Tableau.
