In this position, you will provide deep information and cyber security expertise across systems, platforms, databases, and networks — ensuring security compliance, operational resilience, and continuous improvement of security controls.
You will be the main customer interface for all security-related matters, driving proactive risk management, compliance with global and local security standards, and alignment with Ericsson’s information security framework.
What You Will Do
- Ensure systems, infrastructure, and managed services comply with Ericsson’s security policies, blueprints, and regulatory requirements.
- Generate on-demand compliance and RCA reports, and provide evidence through configuration snapshots and audit documentation.
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of Vulnerability Management and User Access Management, ensuring integration with IAM solutions.
- Manage and support both emergency and planned Security Patch Management activities.
- Coordinate BCP/DR drills, maintain BCM communication plans, and ensure readiness for continuity events.
- Enforce Security Policies and support their implementation across systems and platforms.
- Contribute to building and maintaining cloud federation platforms for identity and access provisioning.
- Facilitate integration of systems with SIEM, UCMDB, and other inventory management tools by providing required system and log details.
- Support and coordinate the full lifecycle of Security Incident Response (detection, containment, eradication, recovery, RCA).
- Handle security tool and system integrations (e.g., Firewalls, IPS/IDS, IAM, DLP, Syslog, SIEM).
- Maintain repositories for DR run books, SOPs, and Firewall communication matrices.
- Participate in Security CAB meetings, audits, and certification activities (ISO 27001, BCMS 22301, etc.).
- Support process governance creation and improvement initiatives within TSRM entities.
The Skills You Bring
- Strong expertise in Information Security, Cyber Security, Security Risk Management, IT Audit, and ISMS/BCMS frameworks (ISO 27001 & ISO 22301).
- Hands-on experience in SIRT, IAM, SOC operations, Network Security, Data Privacy, and Incident Response.
- Proven ability to apply security architecture, policy enforcement, and compliance management across complex managed service environments.
- Excellent analytical, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse technical and business teams.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to align technical initiatives with strategic goals.
- Knowledge of Ericsson’s business processes and security governance is an advantage.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
