Job Description

As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our technology-driven products and services. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate successful sales campaigns.
  • Provide detailed presentations and demonstrations of our IT products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements for effective client communication.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for sales growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
  • Attend industry events and seminars to represent and promote our brand.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the IT industry, is essential.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services and their market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are required for client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively close sales and build client trust.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
