IT Recruiter

The IT Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals to meet organizational and client staffing needs. This role requires a deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends to effectively evaluate candidates and manage the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of building strong talent pipelines for diverse technical roles.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and job specifications.

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment tools.

• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and technical assessments.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.

• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.

• Build and maintain a network of qualified IT professionals.

• Stay informed on IT hiring trends, technologies, and market demands.

• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and confidentiality standards.

• Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment or IT staffing.

• Strong understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, and tech roles.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit effectively.

• Proven ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Experience in agency or in-house recruitment environments.
