As an IT Project Manager at our organization, you will be at the forefront of managing technology projects from initial concept through to successful delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, navigating between technical and non-technical challenges. Responsibilities

• Manage budget allocation effectively to keep project costs within their approved budget.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster a sense of community and collective success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience managing IT projects in a dynamic environment.
• Strong proficiency in project management software and methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative working environment.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively and efficiently.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
