Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans to guide the execution and success of projects.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams to achieve required deliverables.

• Monitor and maintain project progress while ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Manage project budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Conduct risk management assessments and develop mitigation strategies proactively.
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders and senior management.
• Utilize appropriate project management tools and techniques for tracking progress.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement project governance standards and processes for consistency.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations consistently.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to project sponsors and executive level management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field required.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills required for effective management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or JIRA.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) is preferred but not mandatory.
