As an IT Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of spearheading crucial technology projects that drive business efficiency and innovation. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and smooth execution. Being the pivotal point of contact, you will collaborate with diverse teams, including IT professionals, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to guide project execution.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings to ensure alignment and transparency among all stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks to mitigate potential delays or resource shortages.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet targets and expectations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and management to maintain strong relationships.
• Ensure compliance with IT and company standards and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to project team members to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare and present project reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Continuously seek process improvement opportunities to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager handling complex technical projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment is crucial.
• Proficiency with project management tools, such as MS Project or Jira, is necessary.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management qualification is preferred.
