The IT Presales Engineer (ELV) plays a crucial role in the sales process by providing technical expertise and support to enhance sales opportunities within the Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems and solutions sector. This position requires a deep understanding of IT systems, ELV products, and their integration. The Presales Engineer collaborates with sales teams to ensure that proposed solutions match the customers' requirements and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Develop and deliver technically sound ELV solutions that meet customer needs.
• Create customer-specific presentations and proposals demonstrating ELV products and solutions.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine technical requirements and solution feasibility.
• Assist in responding to tenders and RFPs with detailed technical details and pricing.
• Provide technical training and support to customers and internal teams when necessary.
• Collaborate with product development teams to align customer needs with future enhancements.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market requirements, and competitive solutions.
• Participate in trade shows, seminars, and exhibitions to promote ELV solutions.
• Provide feedback to the product management team on product development and enhancements.
• Coordinate with project management teams to ensure smooth transition from presales to implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT presales engineering, specifically within ELV systems.
• Strong understanding of ELV systems including CCTV, access control, and BMS.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to present technical information.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple customer projects concurrently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with drafting and responding to RFPs and tenders with technical details.
