We are looking for an IT Network and System Specialist (m/f/x) to join our group IT team. The role will be based in Dubai.

Scope of the Role

As part of our effort to strengthen local IT support for Capri-Sun operations in the UAE and China, you will play a key role in ensuring that our regional IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

You will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and upgrading the local network and IT systems for both locations. You will provide timely, hands-on assistance to minimize operational downtime and ensure that the region specific technical requirements are met efficiently and securely. In addition, you will collaborate closely with Group IT to ensure the consistent implementation of Group IT standards and seamless integration with global systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Administration and operation of the Capri-Sun local IT infrastructure in Dubai
• Providing IT support to the local users in Dubai, as well as remote IT support to our users in China
• Strong collaboration with the group IT in Germany, Eppelheim
• Support and implementation of group IT projects - local rollouts
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical concepts
  
  

• Successfully completed university degree in computer science with relevant IT-related training (e.g. IT specialist for system integration), or a comparable technical education
• At least three years of professional experience, including at least one year in IT administration
• Ideally, experience in virtualization (VMWare, Nutanix), networking (Cisco) and Microsoft cloud services (Azure, Teams, SharePoint Online)
• Strong communication and coordination skills, a high level of personal responsibility, a precise and structured working style, problem-solving abilities, and a strong affinity for IT
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty
