IT Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a senior-level IT Manager to lead the Group’s IT department and manage digital transformation initiatives, with specific responsibility for ERP implementation, e-Invoicing solutions, cybersecurity, and IT operations.

This role works closely with finance, tax, and compliance teams to ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with UAE regulatory digital requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation including design, integration, testing, and post-go-live support
• Implement and manage e-Invoicing solutions, ensuring ERP and billing system integration
• Ensure readiness for UAE e-Invoicing, VAT, Corporate Tax, and future FTA digital reporting mandates
• Oversee IT infrastructure, servers, networks, cloud systems, and hardware
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies, access controls, backups, and disaster recovery
• Develop IT governance frameworks, SOPs, and documentation
• Manage IT vendors, ERP partners, and solution providers
• Lead internal IT teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT, with leadership exposure as IT Manager / Head of IT
• Proven experience in ERP lifecycle implementation
• Hands-on experience in e-Invoicing implementation and system integration
• Knowledge of APIs, XML/JSON invoice formats, and tax technology systems
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT operations
• Experience supporting finance, VAT, and Corporate Tax compliance through technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
• ERP or cybersecurity certifications (advantage)
