Responsibilities

  • Ensure the provision of technical support to all staff and resolve IT issues promptly.
  • Assess and recommend IT tools or services to improve business operations.

  • Manage and negotiate with vendors for efficient procurement of IT services.
  • Prepare, manage, and oversee budgeting for technology-related projects and expenses.
  • Implement security measures to protect company data against breaches or attacks.
  • Train, support, and mentor team members within the IT department.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least five years of experience in an IT management role.
  • Proven experience in leading IT projects and managing a technical team.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and security systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities to manage various technical teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and third-party vendor relationships effectively.
