Job Title: IT Lean Coach

Minimum Qualification:

• Must attach Degree(s) or demonstrate additional qualifying experience below to meet the minimum qualifications and, where applicable, obtain points for desirable qualifications.
• A Lean Bronze Certification from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) or a Yellow Belt Certification from The America Society for Quality (ASQ), International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC), Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME), Lean Six Sigma Institute (LSSI), Kaizen Institute, The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC), or Six Sigma Global Institute (SSGI) or equivalent.
• Must attach qualifying certificate(s) to meet the minimum qualifications and, where applicable, obtain points for desirable qualifications.
• Five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
• At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
• Three (3) years of experience performing Lean coaching services side-by-side with business teams to analyze and refine their complex processes using Lean methodologies.
• Two (2) years of business process reengineering experience.
  
  

• Any degree higher than the minimum education requirement.
• A Lean Silver Certification or higher from the SME or a Green Belt Certification or higher from ASQ, IASSC, AME, LSSI, Kaizen Institute, CSSC, or SSGI or equivalent.
• Six (6) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
• At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
• Four (4) years of experience performing Lean coaching services side-by-side with business teams to analyze and refine their complex processes using Lean methodologies.
• Three (3) years of business process reengineering experience.
