Apply now for the position of IT Internship program (6 months), This will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Your role:

• Performs IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, guidelines, and standards.
• Provide end-user and local IT infrastructure support.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot computer and mobile devices.
• Diagnose hardware issues and coordinate break-fix support.
• Handle IT service tickets, complaints and escalations.
• Manage IT consumables and mobile voice subscriptions.
  
  

Your expertise:

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related fields.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues under guidance.
• Assist in handling service desk tickets and providing first-level support.
• Microsoft technical certifications is a plus
• ITIL knowledge is a plus
• Good Team Player with strong communication, analytical and reporting skills.
• Good time management skills, Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
