We are seeking a dynamic IT Business Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce to lead and support end-to-end implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing, and Life Sciences modules. The role requires close collaboration with business, finance, and technical teams to deliver scalable, integrated, and business-aligned solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Implementation & Functional Leadership
Lead requirement gathering, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing, and Life Sciences modules
Drive end-to-end lead-to-order lifecycle design, including lead management, opportunity tracking, quoting, and order integration
Ensure alignment of Salesforce processes with business workflows and organizational objectives
Business Analysis & Solution Design
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Conduct gap analysis between current processes and Salesforce capabilities
Design scalable solutions leveraging standard Salesforce features while minimizing customization
Cross-Module & System Integration
Support integration of Salesforce with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS), marketing tools, and third-party platforms
Ensure seamless data flow across modules including customers, orders, projects, and financial data
Collaborate with integration teams to define APIs, data mappings, and validation logic
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Work closely with business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand requirements and validate solutions
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and UAT sessions
Process Documentation & Governance
Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories
Ensure proper documentation of configurations, integrations, and workflows
Support governance through structured change management and approval processes
Testing, Deployment & Support
Lead SIT and UAT cycles ensuring business readiness and sign-offs
Support data migration, validation, and go-live activities
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
Core Requirements
Proven experience as IT Business Consultant / Business Analyst in CRM implementations
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
Exposure to Salesforce Marketing capabilities and Life Sciences module (highly preferred)
Experience in ERP integrations (Oracle EBS preferred)
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (Sales, Finance, Operations)
Experience in API-based integrations and data mapping
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
Experience working in Agile / hybrid project environments
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
