Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to comprehend business processes and information needs accurately.
• Conduct detailed business analysis to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Design high-quality IT solutions aligning with business requirements and constraints.
• Facilitate effective communication between IT department and key business stakeholders.
• Develop and manage business requirement documentation and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with IT developers to ensure systems are designed and implemented optimally.
• Coordinate and conduct testing phases to validate the successful implementation of solutions.
• Lead change management activities and train users on new functionalities and processes.
• Identify project risks, contribute to risk mitigation strategies and document lessons learned.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables and milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation related to business processes and project progress.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance current IT systems and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in an IT business analysis role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and business process modeling techniques.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, writing specifications, and creating process documentation.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail in analytical tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information coherently.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices in IT projects.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Jira, or Trello.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced team environments.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
