Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in business process modeling and reengineering methodologies.
• Proficiency with requirements gathering and documentation tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
