Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer for 2nd Level Network Support and End-User & Desktop Support.

YOUR TASKS

Desktop Support Role – Key Skills

• End-User & Desktop Support
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners).
• Resolve internet connectivity and Outlook/email problems.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
• Provide support for video conferencing tools and peripheral devices.
• Handle VIP user support and prioritize critical issues.
• Client Security
• Manage Windows Defender ATP and endpoint protection.
• Apply workstation patching and security best practices.
• Basic antivirus and web filtering knowledge.
• Server & Directory Basics
• Active Directory: User account management, password resets, group policies.
• Basic DNS/DHCP troubleshooting.
• Windows Server patching (basic level).
• Backup & Storage
• Familiarity with NAS devices (Synology, WD) for file storage.
• Basic backup verification and restore processes.
• Telephony & Email
• Avaya IP Telephony: User extension setup and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Exchange: Mail flow troubleshooting, spam filtering basics.
• Cloud & Collaboration
• Basic Azure AD user management.
• Support for Office 365 applications and OneDrive.
• VPN & Cloud Security
• Basic VPN troubleshooting (IPsec/SSL client-side).
• Zscaler ZIA/ZPA: User onboarding and connectivity troubleshooting.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer or relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in IT administration.
