About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an IT Access Administrator – Information Security to join the Information Security team

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Manage provisioning and de-provisioning of user access for all directory services and applications
• Perform password resets and delegated administration tasks as required
• Support and troubleshoot IAM infrastructure, including data cleansing and resolving access-related support tickets
• Identify and recommend improvements to IAM processes and connectors based on recurring issues
• Provide input on integrating authentication and authorization frameworks into new and existing applications
• Collaborate with application support teams to resolve authentication and authorization issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and identity standards for IAM environments
• Participate in defining the roadmap, architecture, and process standards for the identity management platform
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in identity and access management
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• College diploma or university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or 3 years equivalent work experience)
• Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in Identity and Access Management in a large or enterprise IT environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Information Technology.
• Solid understanding of IAM environments, single sign-on, and access management principles.
• Exposure to data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems.
• Strong computer background with proven problem-solving and technical planning skills
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined, with excellent time management skills
• High degree of personal integrity and ethics, with a passion for protecting people and systems
• ITIL or related certifications are a strong plus
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any required licensing or active work cards for this position
