As an IP Coding Team Leader, you will lead and manage a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of medical coding and billing processes. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management or related field preferred.
• Certification as a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of five years of experience in inpatient coding and team management.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems is essential.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and coding software is required.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex medical coding scenarios accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage projects effectively is essential.
