Investment Manager

The Role

A global asset manager based in the DIFC is seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join its growing investment team. The role offers broad exposure across a diversified global portfolio, spanning public and private markets, and involves active participation throughout the full investment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investment research, market analysis and industry assessments
• Build sophisticated financial models and investment valuations
• Perform commercial, financial and operational due diligence
• Support transaction execution across public and private market investments
• Monitor portfolio performance and assess investment risk
• Prepare investment memoranda, committee papers and board-level reports
• Develop investment recommendations and present findings to senior stakeholders
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience within asset management, investment advisory, private equity, wealth management or investment banking
• Advanced financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
• Demonstrated experience preparing investment memoranda, research reports and investment presentations
• Strong knowledge of portfolio management, asset allocation and investment risk analysis
• Commercial mindset with exceptional analytical ability and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with senior executives, investment committees and sophisticated investors
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related discipline
• CFA designation and/or a Master's degree (MBA, Finance or equivalent) preferred
