A boutique PE/VC firm is seeking an Investment Associate to join its UAE-based team, focusing on late-stage venture and pre-IPO opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen investment opportunities across late-stage venture and pre-IPO deals
• Create marketing materials and research collateral to support the investment process
• Conduct in-depth research, financial modelling, and valuation analysis
• Integrate and implement AI tools into the research and investment workflow
  
  

Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or asset management
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with a creative approach to problem-solving
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Advanced user of AI tools with a track record of early adoption and practical application
