Job Description

Enclave Real Estate is expanding its multinational team and looking for motivated Investment Advisors to join our growing Dubai operation.

We are looking for ambitious, results-driven professionals with a proven sales background who are ready to build their career in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
UAE/Dubai real estate experience preferred
Experience in off-plan and/or secondary market sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strong client relationship and lead-conversion skills
Valid UAE driving license
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

50%–60% commission structure
Fresh daily leads and full marketing support
Telesales and content support
Company phone & SIM card

Dubai-based candidates with proven UAE sales experience are strongly preferred.
