Job Description

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our supply chain and inventory systems. You will be responsible for managing the inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing effective inventory control measures. Responsibilities

  • Implement effective inventory management techniques to minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Analyze inventory data to forecast future inventory needs accurately.
  • Develop and enhance inventory control procedures for efficiency improvements.
  • Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Provide detailed inventory reports and performance metrics to management.
  • Manage inventory software systems to ensure database accuracy and functionality.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on inventory management best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of inventory control processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in inventory management roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities in inventory discrepancies.
  • Detailed-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with various operational teams.
