We are seeking a motivated and experienced International Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record in international markets. As an International Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and representing the company at international events. This role requires exceptional communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to navigate diverse markets effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve international sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with potential clients worldwide.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective international clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of international sales activities.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain a high level of cultural awareness and sensitivity when interacting with global stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs to inform product development.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in international sales or global business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in international markets.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and cultural differences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required by business needs.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred but not mandatory.
