The role : International Legal Intern (M/F/X)

Starting Date : As soon as possible

Your Responsibilities

• Support the Legal Department on a broad range of legal matters, in close cooperation with internal teams based in Spain, France, Switzerland and Germany
• Assist in the review and verification of legal documentation provided by subcontractors
• Draft and renew subcontracting agreements, as well as update our internal databases
• Contribute to the drafting, updating and management of internal legal policies under supervision
• Assist with legal research on various topics in order to support other departments
• Support the Legal Department in the implementation and monitoring of GDPR compliance
• Contribute to the deployment and follow-up of the Group’s CSR action plan
• Assist in the translation and harmonization of legal documents (agreements, internal legal policies) in several languages
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• A final-year Master’s student in Law with the objective of offering a permanent contract at the end of the internship
• A motivated, proactive and reliable individual with a strong interest in business law and international environments
• Fluency in French is required; Spanish and/or English would be a plus
• Someone eager to learn and comfortable working in a dynamic and demanding international environment
• A well-organized and detail-oriented profile, with strong analytical and communication skills
• The ability to interact effectively with external partners
• Solid academic foundations in several legal areas (e.g. Commercial and Corporate law, Employment/Labor law, data protection and privacy)
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
