Responsibilities

• Create Quick Reference Guides: Draft step-by-step PDF/visual guides, one-pagers, and cheat sheets for core system processes (e.g., submitting leave, updating profile details, manager approvals, performance reviews).
• Process Mapping: Test and document system workflows alongside the HR project team to capture accurate, real-time screenshots and instructions.
• Content Organization: Help organize and curate a centralized digital library of training materials and FAQs ahead of go-live.
• User Feedback & Refinement: Review draft guides with test users to gather feedback and refine instructions for maximum clarity.
  
  

• Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Technical Writing, Communications, or Information Systems.
• Communication & Formatting: Strong writing ability with a knack for simplifying complex processes into clear, visual instructions (using tools like MS Word, PowerPoint, Canva, or Snipping tools/Snagit).
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to matching step-by-step screenshots with exact system steps.
• Tech-Savvy: Fast learner when navigating new software and cloud HR systems.
