About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internship within our Private Members Club Department at Jumeirah - Dubai. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Acting as a central support for the Membership Experience team, coordinating member requests across Jumeirah properties and ensuring seamless pre-arrival, on-property, and post-departure journeys.
Coordinating reservations and experiences across hotels, dining, wellness, beach clubs, entertainment, and transportation, delivering exceptional levels of personalisation and service quality.
Building strong member relationships by understanding individual lifestyles, preferences, and needs, while enhancing engagement and supporting member renewal.
Proactively anticipating challenges, plan alternatives, and collaborate closely with on-property teams to ensure flawless execution of each member experience.
Supporting operational and administrative tasks including member calendars, tracking systems (with future exposure to Salesforce), and learning the commercial aspects of membership services.
Be present on-site for key member visits and events, creating warm arrival experiences while applying luxury hospitality best practices and “Surprise & Delight” principles.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Previous experience or an internship in Luxury Hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to engage confidently with high-net-worth individuals and diverse internal stakeholders.
Strong understanding of HNW lifestyles and luxury service expectations, with deep knowledge of Dubai & UAE dining, hospitality, wellness, entertainment, and events.
Highly organised and solutions-driven, able to anticipate needs, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver intuitive, personalised service.
Tech-savvy team player with strong IT and CRM skills, a proactive and positive attitude, respect for confidentiality, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and multilingual ability as an advantage.
