About the Job: 

An opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join IT Department in Jumeirah properties in Dubai. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: 

• Delivered technical support and Help Desk services, resolving hardware and software issues through multiple communication channels.
• Managed Active Directory tasks including user account maintenance, permissions, and security reconciliations.
• Supported IT asset logistics and inventory, providing "Hands & Feet" assistance for hardware movements.
• Participated in ITIL-based incident and support management, user access provisioning, and hospitality systems administration.
• Collaborated with vendors on data protection initiatives and supported IT setup for new hotel openings.

About You: 

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

• A student at a hospitality school or a recent graduate.
• Prior internship experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury restaurant, or upscale bar setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English; additional international languages are a plus.
