About The Program

Sprawny staż is an initiative by the Integralia Foundation aimed at students and graduates with disabilities. The program offers friendly, paid internships at renowned companies. Each participant will receive a minimum salary of PLN 5,376 gross per month. In this years 5th edition, employers have submitted nearly 30 offers across various industries.

Your Tasks

The Law, Patents and Compliance (LPC) function provides advice on legal compliance and data privacy matters. Regional compliance and data privacy teams deliver both manual and automated services, while Compliance Investigations address reported violations through thorough investigations and clear recommendations. In addition, Contract Management streamlines the creation and management of standardized contracts through a digital workflow, improving efficiency and user autonomy.

In This Team, You Will Be Responsible For

• perform compliance monitoring activities
• perform risk assessments
• collect and manage compliance related date (Data Governance)
• comply with business standards, policies, and procedures
• ongoing support for the team
• other specifically described tasks
• assistance with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations

• 3 months paid internship with possibility for extension
• minimum salary of PLN 5,367 gross per month for a full-time internship

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process consists of two main stages:

• Stage One is conducted by the Integralia Foundation. Interviews take place between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (either in person or online). If you successfully pass this stage, we will recommend your candidacy to the host company.
• Stage Two is carried out by the company offering the internship. You will be informed about the outcome of the interviews no later than June 26, 2026.
