About The Program

Sprawny staż is an initiative by the Integralia Foundation aimed at students and graduates with disabilities. The program offers friendly, paid internships at renowned companies. Each participant will receive a minimum salary of PLN 5,376 gross per month. In this years 5th edition, employers have submitted nearly 30 offers across various industries.

Your Tasks

The IT Quality team makes sure IT systems are safe, compliant and meet quality standards. The team works with Cyber Security, IAM, Privacy, Product and QA to:

• embed compliance into development and releases
• keep controlled documents (SOPs, work instructions) up to date
• support system validation and rollouts
• maintain audit-ready records and basic data/AI governance
• use tools like Jira/Azure DevOps and SharePoint
  
  

In This Team, You Will Be Responsible For

• timely and accurate processing of applicable transactions according to the assigned role and process documentation
• comply with business standards, policies, and procedures
• ongoing support for the team
• other specifically described tasks
• assistance with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations

• A student status (final year or near) in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Law or another related field, keen to gain hands-on experience in IT quality and compliance

We Offer

• 3 months paid internship with possibility for extension
• minimum salary of PLN 5,367 gross per month for a full-time internship

• depending on the skills, experiences and interests of the candidates, after an internal recruitment interview, they will be invited to cooperate with a specific department where internship places will be available
  
  

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process consists of two main stages:

• Stage One is conducted by the Integralia Foundation. Interviews take place between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (either in person or online). If you successfully pass this stage, we will recommend your candidacy to the host company.
• Stage Two is carried out by the company offering the internship. You will be informed about the outcome of the interviews no later than June 26, 2026.
  
  

Competency tests may be part of the recruitment process.
