Job Description

As part of the Business Development team, you will be exposed to a wide range of

responsibilities including:

• Supporting in hotel contracts, feasibility studies and investment analysis for new
• hotel and F&B projects globally
• Conducting market research and competitive benchmarking across key markets
• Assisting in the creation of compelling, investor-facing presentations and development proposals
• Engaging in real estate valuation reviews and financial modelling
• Collaborating cross-functionally with brand, design, and F&B teams
• Helping to prepare internal strategy reports and development tracking tools
  
  

• Prior experience in hotel and/or restaurant operations
• Knowledge of market research, feasibility, and valuation in the hospitality and real estate sectors
• Aesthetic and design sensibility with an ability to create visually engaging presentations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent report writing skills
• A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to manage deadlines and multitask under pressure
• Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
• Fluency in English is an absolute minimum!
