Interior Designer

Location: Dubai

Salary Range: AED 10,000 - 14,000

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with experience across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing interior design concepts from the initial brief through to detailed design and execution, while ensuring projects meet aesthetic, functional, technical, and commercial requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements, project briefs, and budgets.
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, space plans, layouts, and detailed design presentations.
• Develop furniture, finishes, lighting, color schemes, and other interior elements.
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D visualizations/renders as required.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other consultants.
• Conduct site visits to review progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, finishes, and mock-ups.
• Select and coordinate furniture, fixtures, fittings, materials, and accessories.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, technical requirements, and project standards.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients and incorporate feedback.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Support the project team during implementation and handover stages.
• Stay updated on current interior design trends, materials, technologies, and industry developments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field. years of relevant interior design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating residential, commercial, and/or hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with design presentations, technical drawings, and material specifications.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and spatial planning.
• Good knowledge of construction and interior fit-out processes.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines and budgets.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
