Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing interior design projects that meet our clients’ needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present interior design concepts, including mood boards, renderings, and material selections.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing professional advice and recommendations.
Create detailed interior design plans, including layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings.
Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for projects.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure designs are being implemented correctly.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and new technologies to ensure innovative design solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior design.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and finishes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations is a plus.
LEED certification or experience with sustainable design practices is a plus.
