About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Recruitment Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Your primary focus will be to identify, attract, and evaluate candidates that align with our clients requirements and organizational culture. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred, although fresh graduates with a keen interest in HR are also encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates is highly desirable. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are critical attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Review and screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on job specifications and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting job advertisements to extending offers and onboarding new employees.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an attractive place to work.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
