Job Title: Interior Designer

Job Purpose:

The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering creative and functional interior solutions for residential, commercial, and fit-out projects. The role involves transforming client requirements into innovative designs while ensuring quality, functionality, and compliance with project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and project goals.

• Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and presentations aligned with client expectations.

• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, 3D visuals, and material boards.

• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that align with project design and budget.

• Coordinate with project managers, quantity surveyors, and fit-out teams to ensure design feasibility and execution.

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to source and finalize materials.

• Ensure designs comply with health, safety, and building regulations.

• Conduct site visits to review progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

• Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and new materials to incorporate into designs.

• Prepare and present final designs, ensuring client approval before execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in interior design, preferably in fit-out projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, and MS Office.

• Strong creative, artistic, and visualization skills.

• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of UAE market trends and materials is an advantage.
