We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine their requirements, preferences, and financial plans for projects.
• Develop design concepts and space plans that are aesthetically appealing and functional.
• Create detailed drawings and renderings using design software applications for client presentation.
• Select appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, and color schemes tailored to each project.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals in addressing project needs.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion and delivery.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction and installation are compliant with design specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the industry.
• Communicate regularly with clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any concerns or adjustments.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers.
• Oversee the execution of design plans to maintain quality and design integrity.
• Engage in networking opportunities to build a strong professional business network.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in interior design or related area.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and teamwork.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
