We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing exquisite and functional interior spaces. You will work closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, and translate these ideas into stunning interiors. Our Interior Designer will need to have excellent project management skills to meet tight deadlines, as well as a keen eye for detail to ensure that all designs are of the highest standard. Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine their requirements and preferences for interior design.
• Develop detailed and innovative design plans that align with client expectations.
• Select and specify materials, furniture, lighting fixtures, and color palettes.
• Prepare detailed sketches or digital 3D models to present ideas to clients.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals in the renovation process.
• Manage project timelines and ensure that work progresses according to schedule.
• Review and monitor the installation of design elements to ensure quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Offer creative solutions to design challenges and unforeseen site issues.
• Maintain and organize a comprehensive design portfolio for client presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field is required.
• Proven experience working in an interior design role for at least 5 years.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and interact with clients effectively.
• Sound knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and accessibility guidelines.
• High level of creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual flair.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and juggling various demands simultaneously.
