Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of five years experience in a healthcare insurance management role.
  • In-depth understanding of insurance policy regulations and healthcare compliance standards.
  • Proven track record of successful management in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills to manage provider relationships effectively.
  • Excellent leadership abilities in managing teams and departmental functions seamlessly.
