We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Executive – Property Underwriting to join our Property & Energy Underwriting Division in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional looking to build a long-term career with one of the region's leading insurance organizations.

Reporting to:

VP – Property Underwriting

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in underwriting Property risks in accordance with company guidelines.
• Review and analyze risk submissions, underwriting information, surveys, and claims experience.
• Prepare quotations, endorsements, and renewal terms.
• Coordinate with brokers, clients, reinsurers, and internal departments to ensure smooth servicing of accounts.
• Support facultative reinsurance placements and underwriting referrals.
• Maintain underwriting records and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Assist in portfolio monitoring, renewal management initiatives.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance/risk management, or similar discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in General Insurance, preferably in Property Underwriting. UAE or regional experience will be an advantage.
• Sound understanding of commercial and industrial property risks.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional qualifications such as ACII, Cert CII, or progress towards insurance certifications will be an added advantage.
