Work Location: Insurance Kiosk / Mall-Based Customer Service Center

Job Purpose

We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service / Insurance Assistant to support customers with insurance-related inquiries, policy servicing, renewals, and general assistance. The role requires working from insurance kiosks located in malls, providing exceptional face-to-face service while promoting the company's products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within the insurance industry, and must be comfortable working in a shift-based retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the insurance kiosk in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle customer inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage, renewals, endorsements, claims status, and other service requests.
• Provide accurate information on insurance products and services while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Support policy issuance, renewals, amendments, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to resolve customer requests efficiently.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, renewals, outstanding documentation, and service requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in company systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve individual service and productivity targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
• Support promotional campaigns, customer engagement activities, and awareness initiatives conducted at kiosk locations.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, Front Desk, Retail Service, or Insurance Operations.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance products, policy administration, and customer servicing processes is an advantage.
• Experience dealing directly with customers in a retail, branch, kiosk, or service center environment is preferred.

• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer requests.
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer service systems.

Working Requirements

• Must be willing to work in a shift-based environment.
• Must be willing to work from insurance kiosks located in shopping malls across the UAE.
• Comfortable working during weekends, public holidays, and peak retail hours as required.
• Ability to stand and interact with customers for extended periods.
