Job Summary:

The Inspector - Permitting and Licensing at BlackStone eIT will be responsible for ensuring that all projects and operations comply with relevant permitting and licensing regulations. This role involves reviewing applications, conducting inspections, and collaborating with regulatory authorities to guarantee that permits and licenses are obtained and maintained properly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify documentation related to permits and licenses for compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to permit conditions and licensing requirements
• Coordinate with governmental agencies and internal teams to facilitate timely issuance and renewals of permits and licenses
• Maintain records of permits, licenses, inspections, and compliance status
• Report on inspection findings and recommend corrective actions when necessary
• Stay updated on changes in permitting and licensing regulations relevant to the companys operations
• Assist in training staff on compliance and permitting processes

• Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Legal Studies, or related field

• Excellent organizational, communication, and report-writing skills
• Ability to work independently and with multiple stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory agencies and processes
