We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative, referred to here as 27A26, to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities through research and outreach activities.
  • Engage with customers via phone calls and emails to generate new sales leads.
  • Qualify leads and conduct needs assessments to determine potential sales outcomes.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations tailored to meet the needs of the customer.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with prospective clients to close sales.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve departmental sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
  • Attend sales training sessions and meetings for continual professional development.
  • Manage time efficiently to balance the demands of multiple sales-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an inside sales role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • A strong ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues is required.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively are necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
