Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to prospective customers.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with potential clients to close sales deals.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and report on sales pipeline activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and respond to customer needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple leads and activities concurrently.
