Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales within the organization by managing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals. You will work closely with the sales team to support the overall market strategy and help meet the company's revenue objectives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the product offerings, and the ability to effectively research and target new potential clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Proactively research and identify new sales opportunities and markets.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to sales leads provided by the company.
  • Assist in preparing and sending quotations to prospective customers.
  • Follow up diligently on leads and close sales successfully.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Understand product specifications thoroughly to address client inquiries effectively.
  • Document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on customer needs, challenges, and interests.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
  • Attend product training sessions to keep updated with new product releases.
  • Regularly analyze sales statistics to gauge team's effectiveness and implement improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Ability to handle rejection with resilience and maintain great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales automation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas consistently.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
